The Canada-Japan Society of BC and The Institute of Asian Research, University of British Columbia, will hold a panel discussion on interest in bilateral trade negotiations between Canada and Japan and the strategic prioritization of Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Panelist will be Dr. Julian Dierkes, Assistant Professor in Japanese Research at the Institute of Asian Research; Dr. Yves Tiberghien, Associate Professor, Political Science, University of British Columbia; and Itay Wand, MA student from the IAR Asia Pacific Policy Program.
